It grew on a homestead where the Čepon family once lived. Today, a bright glass house stands here with open spaces and concrete walls that naturally blend with the green surroundings. Every detail of the villa is the result of Slovenian knowledge and the skills of local craftsmen. The equipment and materials are carefully made in Slovenia, as we wish to preserve authenticity and support local craftsmanship.
From the elevated pool, overlooking the vines and olive grove, you can admire the beauty of the Brda landscape – the perfect place to retreat and escape everyday life. Inside the villa there is a small spa and four richly furnished rooms with private bathrooms and terraces. In the cellar, organically produced Teza wines mature, complementing the authentic Brda experience with their noble character.
